Gerflor supplied a combination of Taralay Impression and Tarasafe Ultra to meet the daycare’s performance and design needs.
Taralay Impression—installed using Nature Oak Clear (1055), Uni Matt Light Green (1082), and Uni Matt White (0848) across 686 yd²—was selected for its warm aesthetic, acoustic comfort, and excellent durability in high-activity childcare environments. The use of contrasting inserts allowed the design team to create playful patterns and functional zoning within classrooms.
In wet and high-risk areas, Tarasafe Ultra Opal (8701) was installed over 52 yd², providing enhanced R12 slip resistance, waterproof performance, and hygienic, low-maintenance safety for washrooms and transition zones.
